  • Discover the real taste of Egypt on this Cairo Oriental Food Tour!
  • Egyptian cuisine is characterized by dishes such as ful medames, mashed fava beans; kushari, a mixture of lentils, rice, pasta, and other ingredients; molokhiya, chopped and cooked bush okra with garlic and coriander sauce; and feteer meshaltet.
  • Breakfast: We serve Falafel traditionally in Egyptian breakfast along with ful, eggs, cheese and pita bread. People made Traditional falafel with chickpeas, but Egyptians make ta’meya  of fava beans.
  • Lunch: We serve Lunch, normally between 2 P.M. and 4 P.M. , usually includes meat or fish, rice, bread, and seasonal vegetables. Salad ( mezza, or mezze if more than one is served), topped with typical Middle Eastern fare such as olives, cheese, and nuts
